InnoVision interview questions

Was sent some questions over email, scheduled an in person interview that was with several employees and not one person was prepared or had any meaningful questions to ask. Lots of blank stares and confused looks, very awkward but also very laid back. Took me back 20 minutes late it was super unprofessional.

Got there early. They took me in 15 min late. They didn’t ready anything about me beforehand. They literally said “If you don’t work overtime you’re lazy” when I asked about work life balance.
