recruiter referred me to an interview, was supposed to interview with 3 people total and I took time off work to attend the interview. Without prior warning, the manager of the team was the only one to join and stated that he wasn’t going to hire me for the job but he wanted to chat anyway. Please advise prior to the interview if this is going to happen so candidates can prioritize their time and attend calls that will be mutually beneficial.
