It was very good process. It was perfect and the interviewer was good and well and comfortable.
If you are uncomfortable speaking about your achievements, push that discomfort aside for your interview.

It provides the right direction to crack an interview in less time, as most of the companies have asked related questions, which is based on their previous interviews and their business operations. Moreover, it will be better to increase your knowledge about the background and current position of the company.

The discussions focused on the job profile, outlining the required skills and qualifications. There was a significant emphasis on strategic planning, specifically "how can we achieve our targets." Additionally, the incentive plan and other relevant details were comprehensively discussed.

Interview
There were 3 or 4 rounds of interview with managers and senior management. Overall okayish level of questions. All relsted to current job responsibilities and the business requirement. I was golden rules of accounting as basic question and the key responsibilty areas which I am hamdling.
