I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Innova Solutions (Hyderābād) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview process was smooth and people from Interview panel were professional.
However, after waiting for close to 2 weeks I was told by HR team that they couldn't release the offer due to budget constraints.
If this is an issue with budget, HR could have mentioned during the initial discussion or they could have informed right after final HR discussion.
Upsetting to see this kind of attitude from HR team.

I was asked more about technical solution and problem solving approaches
Interview was more technical rather than theoretical, they were more focused on the process rather than just theoretical knowledge. Managerial round was difficult There were 2 technical rounds and both were difficult
It's time waste process,after attending the all levels of interview,we don't get any update from them about the feedback, status anything even after multiple times reached out to them no response
