Technical interview was held onsite at their Ankara office. Beside hiring manager, there were 2 other employees from the company. After warming up questions, manager dive deep into technical details. Generally speaking, it was a good interview experience
The interview experience was overall very good. The discussion was mainly around .NET concepts, API design, and system design, and it felt quite relevant to a Senior Software Engineer role.
The interviewer was friendly and gave enough time to think through the problems instead of rushing. I liked that the focus was not just on theory but also on real-world scenarios, like designing scalable APIs, handling edge cases, and writing clean, maintainable code.
There were also discussions around microservices, performance, and debugging approaches, which made the conversation more practical.
Overall, it was a good experience and I felt the process was well structured and aligned with real work expectations.
