Multiple rounds of calls and extensive written mock assignments. Interviews included a panel with future colleagues, a 1:1 with the manager, and a call with the CEO. Reference checks were followed through on after that.
The interview process contained first an Initial screening followed by writing assessment. The initial screening was a set of 3 questions and lasted 15 minutes. The writing assessment was not hard and took around an hour to complete
Short call and then a performance task. The call was casual, while the task was more formal (estimated time for task completion is several hours). The employer communicated very well throughout the process.
