It's very thorough - requires testing and several interviews. The people are all pleasant and fun to speak to. The job is great, and working from home is a huge plus.

An online one-way video interview, with unlimited takes to record the interview answers. There was probably around 4-5 questions in total. The questions were very generic like seen with many other similar companies.
