The interview process took several months from application. There were several stages of interviews where I was invited to speak to the HR, hiring manager and country manager. It was a long and tedious process

Interview
Took over a month to reach out from initial application. Four rounds of interviews including exam. About 2-3 weeks of waiting in between rounds (screening, interview, exam, panel) with 0 communication. After final round promised to get back within 5-7 days. Did not hear back for 3 weeks, then received a copy/paste rejection after almost a month and a half of calls. Totally unprofessional and unorganized HR department.

Applied online. Went thru several rounds including HR screener, Zoom chat with hiring manager, writing assignment, panel interview. In the panel they emailed me the night before and said that I had to give a presentation (not nice). Two of the people on the panel were extremely curt, as if they had already made up their minds that I wasn't the candidate. This is certainly possible because though the HR manager said they wanted to hire quickly, though they dragged their feet then posted the position in ~10 different places a week before my "last round" interview. The bottom line is that they don't pay much for all the hoops they ask of candidates. I was definitely more qualified than the hiring manager, who told me that point blank. They were hiring to do this person's job, at a discount. I wish them the best though. They do great work.
