Innovative Defense Technologies interview questions

The process included a 30-minute phone screen, a virtual two-person panel, a take-home project, and a final in-person panel. Most of the individuals I interacted with were friendly and professional. However, one interviewer—someone I would have worked closely with—was notably unprofessional. He frequently interrupted me while I was explaining my thought process, shifted questions mid-response, and spoke about my work in a condescending manner. It was disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise positive experience.

HR phone screen followed by a 1 hour, 2-person panel interview consisting of resume deep dive and basic general knowledge programming questions. Very kind and encouraging interviewers. The process was very fast too, they responded within a week after my interview
