The Interviewer and Intake person both had warm and welcoming personalities. First, I sent in my resume. Then, they reached out to me over the phone and asked a short, informal interview question. Then an in-person interview was scheduled in the office.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Innovative Pathways
Interview
It was a brief interview in a small location, I was only interviewed by one person. He was quiet, but asked a lot of insightful questions. I felt comfortable in the office, but I do not think that they gave me enough background information on the details of the position (for example, how much I would be driving, what the reimbursement rate was, etc). That was partially my fault, I highly recommend being prepared with questions beforehand.
I interviewed at Innovative Pathways (San Leandro, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online. Called me in about 3 days. Gave me an interview on the same week. Interview was quick but pleasant. Less than 15min. Received offer and was working for them in less than 2 weeks.
