very straight forward, clinical director was friendly and made interview easy. Manager showed me around the unit and introduced me to the staff. The process was straight forward and i got a response from the clinical director about the job, a few days after the interview.

How do have you resolved conflict in the past with a coworker
The interview process is a two-way evaluation where you demonstrate your qualifications while deciding if the company matches your career goals. The process begins with a brief recruiter call to align on basic logistics, timeline, and salary expectations. Next, you will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your professional background and relevant experience in greater detail. During the interview, you can ask questions about the unit, staffing, nurse-patient ratio etc.
I had a 20 minute phone interview with a recruiter then met with director and educator. They were standard interview questions and then I shadowed the unit. Was offered the job the next day

Interview
It wasn’t rigorous at all. The registered nurse interview process included application review, phone screening, in-person/virtual interviews with behavioral and clinical questions, skills assessment, and concludes with a job offer or feedback.
