I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Inovalon (Bowie, MD)
Interview
The interview process was convoluted and unnecessarily complex. The HR department was nice but it seemed liked it took forever and that I was being lead on (for months I might add).

Question 1
The interviews were simple and there no off the wall questions but i did have to go back for three separate interviews with no fewer than three people for 45 minutes each. Later, I found out that they offer Skype interviews which would have made my life a lot easier as I lived far away.
The interview process was great overall — well organized and everyone I spoke with was genuinely enjoyable to talk to. The organization's goals are compelling and felt meaningful. I did receive an offer, but ultimately decided to pass as the compensation came in slightly below what I'd consider current market rate

Question 1
What is a go-to-market strategy that is often missed?
It was over Teams. A panel of few people asked job scenario question and simple questions about career and how one achieved it. I got the job with one round.
I had the initial screening with the recruiter. I was told that he would get back with me the following week. I also was told who I would be interviewing with in the next phases. I was ghosted! I gave it a little over a week and sent a follow-up email.... radio silence. I found this to be unprofessional. I had high hopes for this company but the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
