Calm demeanor of the interviewer. Questions might seem easy initially but require thinking. Requires in depth understanding of programming languages including not just the hows but also the whys of it.

What is the most challenging thing you have worked on, why was it challenging and what was your role in fixing the challenge?
Very chill process. First, there was a codility oa on DSA and APIs. Then, a standard technical and behavioral interview. Overall, everyone was helpful throughout the process and recruiter was responsive.
