I applied online. I interviewed at Inside Response (Kansas City, KS) in Sept 2020
Interview
Multiple phone interviews, all with really great questions. Very friendly and professional staff. They do their best to work with your schedule, also. Great for if you’re already employed and seeking to move to this company in hopes of finding better opportunity, better pay etc.

Question 1
A lot of things about goals and work history, how I handle stress, random weird questions that I was rated on how well/quickly I responded.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Inside Response (Home Gardens, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Received a phone call from an recruiter. Was a pleasant conversation. I asked lots of questions. Income potential, what the job entails. I really enjoyed the recruiter and and the interview with a sales manager went well, it was just 15 minutes . I was offered the job. Without thinking it through, I had accepted. The process was 3 initial contact discussions. and I had to take an aptitude exam. I never understood these test. They have nothing to do with your job.

simple over the phone and with google meet. no need to have camera turned on being it was an work from home position and you will be cold calling which is understandable for the need for it not to have camera on
