Firstly I took a phone call from insider HR. Then we made a phone conversation for over than 30 minutes. She was pretty cute and friendly. Then we made an interview with a qualified person who works as team lead in Insider. It was 30-40 minutes and pretty good. After 2 days she did not give any feedback until I sent an email about my situation. Then She called me and told everything is positive and arrange a trial day that means you are invited to Istanbul office and whole day you cope a task in a noisy and stressed environment. Then 2 guys asked about my codes project and bla bla. They I indicated that the result will be notified in 1 week. I am waiting for 5 weeks :) no return no comment no email. No respect to your whole weekday spent in Istanbul.

I applied for their job (Senior PHP Developer in İstanbul) in March 2018, I go to the recuring process, I had an HR interview, then another technical interview with the team leader, then they send me a technical task within one week as a deadline, I finish the task, and I sent in the schedule, and they ask me for another tech interview to discuss the task, we made it, After that, they disappeared without any notice, I sent many emails asking about my application status, but no replay at all, I kept email them for more than 3 months with not a single reply, They are missing the business practices, irresponsible, didn't have any respect, the company highly not recommended
