Interview
Casing interview involved two cases with very nice people on startup casing also asked behavioral such as tell me about yourself, why VC, what's a startup you're interested in, and so forth.
The process included several interviews that had both behavioural and technicals questions. Thought that the interviews were fair and reasonable based on the job description and what was expected as a potential new hire.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Insight Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
Had a couple of calls with team managers. The interview with the direct manager was in person, the second interview was via zoom,
HR company was controlling the process. Over all, it was quick, but they never sent a "didn't get the job" email.
