I applied online. I interviewed at Inspira Education
Interview
The HR rep was friendly and for an initial screener interview, I felt like they asked some great questions and I appreciated their time. For a first interview there were more questions than expected, which was fine, but it didn't leave me much time to ask my own. Overall, the conversation felt robotic, overly scripted, and lacked personality. It did not leave me with any sense of excitement about the company or the role. I got the sense that employees were stressed and overworked, which I mostly expected with a startup environment. Had they moved me to the next round, I likely would've declined.

Question 1
Please tell me a little bit more about your background.
Very easy interview process, recruiter was extremely nice and took the time to get to know me, was upfront about salary, OTE, working hours and expectations from the start which I appreciated.
