CTO is the worst guy I've ever met. He is really rude, he interviewed my without a turned-on camera and he did not have an idea about project management role, agile methodologies and the corporate world. He is a very arrogant person. Last but not least, instashop seems to not have a clear strategy about the engineering department. I rejected immediately this company as a future employeer.
