Standard process - got an introductory call and then 3 zoom interviews covering various aspects ...interviews were OK but the feedback given didn't make any sense and hence a huge disappointment..sensed biassness
The first step included talking to a recruiter and that led to a call with the hiring manager. Next, did an onsite panel which included a strategy leader, more recruiters, and a stakeholder. It covered previous experience and client management.
