Waste of time, In the Toronto office you are going to be interviewed by a bunch of kids(who just graduated) and call themselves architects and senior engineers. Total waste of time, no modesty and they think they are in the same league as FAANG.

Recruiter reached out. After a conversation, decided to enter the engineering interview process. Phone interview includes an event-bus coding challenge. Next round is a coding challenge related to calculating analytics of user cohorts. If you don't ace the cohort challenge, the interview is over. You will also get no feedback. Also if you are given some Instacart credit, use it because they will look up whether or not you used the coupon you were given.
