I interviewed at Institut auf dem Rosenberg (St. Gall)
Interview
Two interviews: a preliminary one with the HoD and then a second with a member of the SLT. I've also heard of colleagues being interviewed by HR for the initial interview. I wasn't required to teach a demo lesson, though a video of you teaching (or at least explaining something) is now apparently part of the recruitment process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Institut auf dem Rosenberg (St. Gall)
Interview
It was an informal, conversational interview with two panel members. At times their tone felt dismissive, which influenced my decision to decline the offer; however, the primary reason was the low pay.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked how I’d handle a student refusing to wear a jacket on a cold day, knowing the mum might later be upset that her child was outside without one. They wanted to hear my student strategies and how I’d handle the conversation with the mum if those didn’t work.

Interview
The interview process was quite quick and it went pretty well, they had a post saying they needed someone who could help in serving the students and teachers, I responded to it saying I was interested I was fluent in English, after that I went 2 weeks on a trial, and it went fine, after that I stayed there
