Question 1
What would you do if a parent hurt their child while you were present.
The interview was conducted by a team who took turns asking questions verbatim from a printed sheet of paper. The team was friendly and I don't think there were any "trick" questions. They were assessing my understanding of counseling principles and basic child development.

Question 1
I was asked to do a role play of an initial meeting with a client. Don't worry! This was fairly straightforward and went well for me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Institute for Family Development in Oct 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by a group of four team members. Though being questioned by a group can be quite intimidating, they made me feel comfortable and I was able to answer their questions candidly. They genuinely wanted the job to be the right fit for me as well as them and I appreciated that. The questions they asked were well thought out (not stock) and tailored to fit the company and position.
