I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure in Jul 2014
Interview
Initial phone interview screening with someone from HR. This was a very basic phone conversation and we chatted a lot, but nothing really specific. I think they were trying to gauge if I was a cultural fit for the company, because we did not talk about sales numbers very much.
After that I had a skype call with some of the management team and we talked about numbers and sales specifics in depth. they also care about who I am and what I like to do. They mention that culture is a big component here and that they are like family. They asked a lot of questions and gave me a chance to ask a lot of questions as well. They made me feel very comfortable and it felt more like a friendly conversation rather than an interview.
Then, I visited their headquarters in Salt Lake and met with the management team and the whole sales team. I presented to them, and had a big group Q/A session. I was a little nervous because there is a whole group there that is watching and critiquing me. They were all very nice and provided a lot of insight as to what they actually do on a daily basis.
The next day I was offered the job!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Instructure (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2021
Interview
Initial interview with an HR rep was a 30 min phone call to learn more about the role an d also share experience. Moved onto next step with hiring manager and that was another 30 min phone call. Third step was meeting the team which was about 1 hour. Last step was a presentation with Q&A. Had a choice of presenting a solution to sell either something I've sold before, or anything else. Received an offer within a few days. Entire process was about 1 month from initial call to final offer and acceptance.

Interview
About a week after applying I heard from a recruiter via email to schedule a 30 minute phone call. The recruiter told me over the phone that she would like to schedule a phone call with the hiring manager. A few days later, I joined a web conference with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes to talk through my background and answer a few interview questions. One week later they scheduled an in-person sales presentation to pitch any product/solution for 15 mins + Q&A from the entire team I'd be working with (20+ people).
