Via MS Teams, first interview with recruiter second interview with hiring manager. First interview was essentially gathering facts (are you qualified?), second interview was more of a fit check (do we like you?). The second interview was pretty canned with generic questions (tell me about a time you had to make a hard decision). No response or follow-up after the interviews, no offer, no response to status check email.

Informal first interview, non-technical. Very friendly interviewer, inquiring about my background, experiences, and interest in Insulet. Presented information about the company's current projects. Did not proceed to the next levels.

It was a telephonic call interview with the talent acquisition and never received any feedback or rejection. During the interview, I was told I will move to the next round in a few weeks. Multiple follow-ups led to nothing. A simple rejection email could have been sufficient
