Spoke with HR Recruiter via phone who asked some basic questions in regards to experience and interest in the position. In person interview was scheduled. I came in for in person interview and met with department manager as well as department director. Both asked questions about my background/skills as well as told me more about the working environment at Insurity. After speaking with them I met with HR Recruiter who also asked some basic questions. After this interview I was called back it was offered to come in for a second interview. Came in for second interview and spoke with department manager.
A week after my second interview I was given an offer which was accepted.
