Found RSA at a job fair, left my CV. Got a call from the HR Business Partner about a month later, 15 minute phone interview. Went to an open house interview two weeks later, then another interview two weeks after that. Finally another 3 weeks later I got an email on a Monday saying I got the job and started the next day.

Had a workshop with RSA representatives, where they told us about the hiring process. You can find the open vacancies on their website and apply. The hiring managers will review your application and CV. If you are invited to the interview, make sure to use STAR method in your answers, they love that. After interview you will definitely hear from the managers and receive the feedback.
