It was quite easy process. First i had pre-recorded interview which included all the behavioural question , there was one written question(had to write an email in 5min) All questions were time limited.
Then a week later i was invited for an virtual interview with 2 managers. They were so friendly and quick.
that interview was about 20-25 min.
Questions were based on the previous experience as they went through my resume.
Then about exactly 2-3weeks after i was contacted back for the background check and references.
Rounds of interviews, video questions and then in person. instructions will be provided. that's it I know. video interview link will be accessible for days. once you start, you have to finish it.
The interview process was quite easy, standard customer service questions, nothing out there to trick you. There isn’t much pressure and there very friendly which is a good sign, there was one person person per interview

Interview
The interview is not too long between 15-30 minutes. They will ask general questions about you and you experience. This is a good job too apply if you are a college student or graduate. Make sure that you know how to answer questions about situations and relate to groups projects that you done in school. Im not from a fiance or insurance background so you really have energy and show that your ready to learn and be a good team player.
