The first step is an automated online interview where the link shows you questions and you record your responses on camera.
The next step is a phone call with HR.
The final step is a Teams meeting with 2 Managers.
Then you get an Offer or Decline.

Tell me about a time when someone on your team wasn't pulling their weight or doing what was required of them. What did you do about it?
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
