      Growth Manager Interview

      2 Jul 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intch in May 2026

      Interview

The interview process was well-structured, transparent, and consisted of four main stages: 1. Initial HR Screening: A standard introductory call. 2. Hiring Manager Interview: A deep dive into both technical background and culture fit. 3. Take-home Assignment: A practical task to showcase relevant skills. 4. Final Interview: A wrap-up conversation with the CEO and HR. The whole process took about 3 weeks and was well-structured.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Strategy & B2B/B2C: We discussed my previous experience, specific channels for building a B2B acquisition funnel, and the key differences between B2B and B2C marketing approaches. 2. Growth & Analytics: Deep dive into how I formulate and validate hypotheses, my understanding of statistical significance, and the specific tools I prefer for A/B testing and data analytics. 3. AI in Marketing: Questions about how I practically apply AI tools to optimize daily marketing workflows. 4. The Take-home Assignment (0-to-1 Strategy): The task was to build a launch strategy for a hypothetical app from scratch. It was very comprehensive and required covering: acquisition channels, funnel projections, target audiences, creative hypotheses, drafting a landing page structure, and outlining a monetization model.
