Interview process was first with a recruiter who asked basic background questions. The next interview was with one of the hiring managers. These questions were more in depth about experience and also contained a lot of behavioral questions. Overall, everyone I spoke to was very nice and welcoming. It definitely helps to have a brief background on what the organization does.
The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. I had one technical interview where we discussed my past projects, how I approach problem-solving, and how I collaborate with others on a team.

They asked why I’m interested in the co-op position and what I hope to learn during the internship.
Two to three interviews. There may be one or two assessments depending on the job. People are nice to interview with. Overall very easy and relaxing interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary.
