Integra Partners interview questions

The interview itself was standard. However, I waited nearly a month to hear back after the first interview. I was told I'd hear back regarding next steps in "the next week or so" despite reaching out multiple times. Only to be told no. Turns out even being referred doesn't mean anything anymore

Recruiter contacted me the day after I submitted my application. The interview was short and precise - wanted to get general information concerning my job history - then moved me forward to next stage of the interview process.
