Really poor candidate experience! I was contacted by the company through someone from my network. Had an initial phone interview with the HRBP, followed by a 2nd video interview with a Recruiter. The recruiter was unprepared and, sorry, but very unprofessional. She didn't even know that this was my 2nd interview. Furthermore, she asked really poor interview questions. However, she said that they are happy to move forward and I'll have another interview. Didn't hear back from her, so I reached out after 1,5 weeks. I, finally, had the 3rd video interview (it took a while until this was set up). The interviewer said that I'm a promising candidate and they are, once again, happy to move forward and even happy to move to offer stage. As I didn't get any feedback again, I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn (as we were connected on LI) two weeks after the interview. Instead of calling me or send me message back on LI, I received a short mail that I've not been selected. Not a great way of dealing with passive candidates.
