I had to take a personality and aptitude test then have a phone call with the Recruiter. She gave me the overview of the role and what they were looking for. Didn't ask any hard questions. She was going to get in touch with the hiring manager to discuss and then never got back to me. My background isn't in ad tech (it is in digital brand marketing) but this was a marketing role. If you are a good marketer you can market/sell anything. They never got back to me because I think they were looking for someone that had a very specific background. I think this will hurt their company long term because there is no diversity of backgrounds. Also their office is in a horrible location unless you are in Chelsea or the W. Village.
