The process is a group interview, then call back with director and owner final call back with director.
This was a long process but very interesting to learn about the company. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions to be sure this is a company that you can work for. Do they share your mission and values? Will they support you and empower you to be the best employee. To grow and learn and use all of your skills. It is a great way to let them know what you are like and it this will be a good fit for both you and the company.
