Casual, filled out application, waited about 15 minutes & the interviewer was very personable & detailed. Informed me of both pros & cons of each position. Was not focused so much on experience or education but about me as a person and what I could add to their team. Interview was about 20 minutes, got a call to schedule a 2nd interview & that process was a bit longer but I could ask questions about the job. Then they call you with a job offer.
