Interview
This is an online company in the Mystery Shopping industry. Besides the normal form, I was able to personally talk to the CEO and express my interest. I had the necessary qualifications for the position. She explored my background and I gave her the information. The position requires attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines as well being able to communicate.

Interview
I responded to an advertisement for schedulers and recruiters for a mystery shopping company. I got a response right away and a phone call from the CEO, Kelly Truelove, the very next day. I enjoyed talking with Kelly and she made me very comfortable. She answered my questions and explained the job to me. .

I was very surprised when she asked me how I liked to work, what had or hadn't worked well for me in the past and why. I'm used to employers having a strict policy in place and not giving me the freedom to choose my own working style.
