The process begins with a 30-minute HR screen with the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager. The hiring manager portion will focus on walking through relevant experience on your resume as well as some foundational questions around your technical skills and background.

Interview
My interview experience with this company was deeply frustrating and, frankly, unprofessional.
The hiring manager asked me to complete an exceptionally long assessment — far beyond what I would consider reasonable for a standard interview process. The assignment also appeared to be directly connected to actual work the hiring manager said the role would take on during its first six months. That made the exercise feel less like a skills assessment and more like unpaid project work.
I completed the assessment and submitted it. After that, the company stopped communicating with me entirely. No feedback. No rejection. No update. Not even an acknowledgment.
Candidates understand that interview processes are competitive and that not everyone will be selected. What is unacceptable is asking someone to spend significant time producing work that appears relevant to the company’s real needs and then offering no follow-up whatsoever.
This experience raised serious questions for me about the company’s professionalism, respect for candidates, and approach to hiring ethics.

Interview
Had first stage interview with HR. Positive experience. Very friendly. Didn't ask anything really technical and was most likely just a screening test. I would say it was a relaxing vibe and quite casual.
