Integrity Staffing Group interview questions

I spoke with a recruiter who had been with the company for many years, then I met with the same individual and the owner for a face to face interview. They were friendly overall, but direct with their expectations. Otherwise, standard interview about previous experience and how you've handled specific situations. I felt they tailored their questions to my level of experience, which was respectful.

Met with a Sr. Recruiter for about half an hour. Then the owner of the company came in. He was completely unprofessional and spent the next 45 minutes to an hour belittling me and my experience. Swore at me a couple times as well. I honestly have never felt small in my life, but I could feel myself shrinking while I sat and listened to the owner of the company tell me that I was worthless.
