Interview
1:1 interview. Laid back. They ask you where you live and ask which warehouse you would prefer to work at. Ask if you prefer the night or day shift and which position you're interested in such as picking, packaging, etc. Tell you which positions are available at the warehouse, day or night, and which days you'll be working. After you pick your schedule you'll be assigned an orientation date and they make you take a drug test on the spot.

Discrimination and not felony friendly. Was upfront with them about a charge from 6 years ago. They offered me the job. Had me work at the site then my 2 day of working told me I am no longer eligible due to my background.

The hiring and interview process was very fast and very easy. You just went to the location, walked in and they moved you right along. The interviewer I had was really nice and friendly and she made the experience even more enjoyable.

Interview
Walked in and sat down to wait for a face to face interview. I already had my application completed online so i was in and out in 30 mins. Next they gave me an oral drug test whoch took 5 minutes then gave me all my start information.
