Interview with management, driving test for company vehicle. Ladder training, Probation period which was 3 months, Cable college and SCTE examination. Key to success is Speak as much as you can in the interview. Rotating shifts. More than 50 hours a week.

Introductions, described myself including background and professional experiences. Interviewer described role and responsibilities and expectations. Interviewer asked scenario questions to which I answered in relation to my background and professional experiences. I was asked for questions and presented them with questions about their expectations from new hires as well as challenges expected of the position.
