First, 1-on-1 interview with recruiter (pretty standard questions). Then, interview with panel (2-3 HR members + director of HR) in a more conversational format. Make sure to have examples of experience (i.e., where you applied specific technical skills to a project).

Question 1
Why are you interested in HR? Why Intelliguard? Describe a time when you had to handle a conflict/challenge and how you handled it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intelliguard (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Simple, straightforward into the point. Three rounds of interview interviews. Interviews were conducted both in person and on teams. All the managers and HR professionals were extremely easy to work with.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intelliguard in Oct 2024
Interview
Overall process took roughly 4 weeks from initial screening to interviewing with the hiring manager. Actually meet with the hiring manager once and then later again that same week.
Interview went well, in my mind, with the typical questions around my background and experience.
After the follow up I was told I would hear back soon about next steps and that they would get me into to meet some of the team the following week.
Oddly enough, I get an email the next business day after speaking with the hiring manager for a 2nd time that they were not moving on with me.
It had to have been the weirdest experience I have ever had in and interview process. I thought I was progressing to another round not even a business before hand.
