Question 1
Regarding projects on my Resume, It was overall in depth question related to my project and behavioural questions
The process felt disorganized and misleading, wasting valuable time. If you're considering applying here, be prepared for shifting expectations and a lack of transparency. The JD mentioned Prior experience working with HubSpot is a plus, as well as a willingness to learn and master it if unfamiliar. Yet I was later told they wanted "exceptional expertise." Similarly, sales and marketing experience was never listed as a requirement, but was suddenly cited as a reason for rejection.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intentwise (Bengaluru) in Aug 2022
Interview
Started with clean and clear behavioural as well as tactical questions right from a clearly laid out form while applying for the role, that made me think and respond around situations, past experiences and let me express my perspective around relevant bits to the role.
The form in itself was quite exhaustive and a bit lengthy to work upon, which took me quite a bit of time to fill it up, but it was fun as well.
Interview rounds followed by the shortlisting included a screening call by the HR, and an another situational task sent on email, that was time bound and tied to a motivating reward as well (I did receive the reward. It wasn't just a bait). This one was fun too.
The face to face interview rounds included 2 rounds with each of the two co-founders that were seamless and very interactive, rather than being judgy or stressful. The questions mostly revolved around my answers to the previous task and form response, as well as my previous experiences.
Overall a very transparent and rewarding experience that was clear on expectations. This still continues now that I'm in the org.

Question 1
Some of the questions I remember:
- How would you plan your first month in the organisation
- How would you repurpose (the specific) webinar content to drive growth
- What is the one piece of content you like and why
- What was that one work situation/task that didn't work out well for you? Where did you fail and why?
- How did you drive growth in past? What were the roles and responsibilities and how did you tackle difficult situations?
