Interview
The primary phone interview consisted of general interview screening questions, like past work experience and availability. The in-person interview consisted of meeting with the Hiring Manager for brief general questions, and two tests. One was pen-and-paper and consisted of questions on designer brand names, capitals of countries, and state postal code abbreviations. The other was navigating through an online-shopping website to answer various simulations/situations that can be encountered at work, such as dealing with a misplaced item or responding to client email. I then met with one of the supervisors, who did not really look over my resume or test results beforehand. He asked me a few questions about my strengths and weaknesses, and I was told that I would hear an offer in a day or two. I ended up declining the offer, since the work load and hours was too much and conflicted with my class schedules.

Interview
It was all virtual. It was a true test of your ability to find information needed if you were working for this employer. There were several different ability tests such as color blindness and a typing test as part of the interview.

Interview
The job interview was really great and fast! They sit with you on a virtual in person interview while they have you take assessments and fill out your applications! I was very impressed with how they were treating me and how helpful they were with describing the jobs and how you'll have help while working with them.
