Very relaxed interview setting. Was asked to meet at a local Starbucks. Had a conversation about the company and was asked what types of tasks I did at my current job. The interview process has evolved since I have been there and for the better. Definitely look for culture fit as a strong requirement now along with experience

Interview
The first response to there add was two or three emails back and forth asking for my experience in the hotel industry. After it was determined that I had some experience they scheduled me for a phone interview. This was conducted first with the CEO of the company then later with the senior project manager. After this they flew me to Los Angeles for a interview and to show me some of there projects.
