I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at InterSolutions (Alexandria, VA) in May 2018
Interview
They’re very eager to hire you. Once you go for an interview they have you come back with a group of people and you pretty much have the job (as long as you do the assessments the night before) ; you do all your tax forms and then you select an assignment. Do NOT accept the first one they give you.
I applied online. I interviewed at InterSolutions (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The process was pretty quick, to schedule an interview which I was happy about, but after I was done with the interview process, I got the training for the position. I then was waiting to get a place for the job; that's when the company's recruiter said there weren't any opening roles yet, and she would contact me whenever there is one. Which doesn't make any sense, because why would you interview someone for a role and go through the whole process of setting them up for a position just to tell them after they have had to wait for weeks that you will let the interviewee know when there is an open position?

Question 1
Do you have any experience working in the service industry?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InterSolutions (Silver Spring, MD) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a 2 process interview. First, they called me over the phone (it was about three weeks after I submitted my application) and then had me come in for an in-person interview (scheduled about a week later). I came about 30 minutes late due to traffic but the interviewer was extremely understanding... also, I was one of the first people who go there. So... I can't imagine what it would have been like if I did come on time. The second interview was fairly fast. Even though there were other people, they saw us one at a time. I was hired on the spot. We immediately went into training and setting up direct deposit. We got paid for our training. For more context, I was hired in 2017. Last I heard from the new hires, the interview process was a lot different. This was just my experience.
