The interview was straightforward in my experience. The interviewer asked the standard questions, such as systems experience, resume skills, strengths/weaknesses, and 2&5 year goals. Based on the interview experience: I get the impression that they look for individuals that are very independent and direct communicators. The workplace culture is to deliver results for clients, and there is likely a lot of pressure from management.
