Interview
Spoke with VP of HR about details of the position. She mostly told me about the position and did not really ask me many questions. I was told I would hear back from a Clinical Director about this position but never heard anything. Emails were not returned.
Interview was online. They asked questions of what would you do when the Interventionist is not implementing the given plan. Then in about a week they let you know next steps if they would like to recruit you.

They asked what would you do if the interventionist say they did all the steps and the program is not working.
I was schedule a phone interview with HR and they never contacted me at the scheduled time, nor followed up with why they were unable to attend the meeting. I sent an email to HR and CC'd the CEO, but neither followed up with my email.
