The interview lasted around 40 minutes and the hiring manager was nice to me although both of us realized I'm not the fit for the position in the first 10 minutes. HR organized the interview based on my previous experience in e-finance but this position definitely requires a certain expertise in stocks and shares and overall the world of finance. It was expected I do have a degree in Economics and specialize in Finance and I don't.
Anyway, the interview went all well, we have talked about my previous customer support experience, I was asked the questions typical for that kind of job, then the manager told about the company and the department. He also tried his best in making me think about imaginary situations in buying shares. I liked the process and was not disappointed although I didn't make it there.
