A very quick and neat process. The time from me getting the first call to me walking out of the office with the job was less than 3 hours. The leaders know exactly what they're looking for and are very good judges of people's talents. All you need to do is show that you have the skills for the job. Everything else is a cakewalk. Lovely people in the office and good natured. No grilling of any sort.
