The interview process was thorough and involved. There were many people involved to ensure that the company made the right decision. Each conversation that I had with each different Manager was cordial, informative, and a two-way conversation about the company and role. I thought the experience was great overall.

My interviewer asked me about a time I made a decision as a manager that I learned from and tweaked to make myself and my team better.
There were multiple interviews with several people from the organization including an employee who currently holds the position I was interviewing for. The interviews were always very conversational and comfortable. The interviewer always allowed time for me to ask questions.

Interview
The overall process took a little longer than expected as the leadership team at this time were making additional changes within the organization. Needless to say, leadership had an open line of communication with me and kept me informed completely through the interviewing and hiring process. During every interview I felt more connected and knew I wanted to be an Interfacer.
